LAUNCHES

Launches are done in batches as my stock builds up and are currently running 1 per month, but hoping to up this to two/three. Please understand that every item is made by hand using clay. I'm very proud of the quality and durability of my work, but these are not manufactured pieces and might not all look 100% the same. This is especially true when it comes to patterns. I do my best to show you what all of the available patterns are in a restock, but the specific pair that you receive might not be the image I used for its listing. Please understand the complexities of patterns, canes or marbled pieces when you are buying. It’s impossible for me to recreate any pattern, cane or marble exactly. You can be assured that your piece is 100% custom and unique to you!

I cannot take specific requests for pieces during a restock. I cannot offer exchanges for any reason. 

CARE INSTRUCTIONS 

Apply makeup, hair products & sprays/perfumes before putting on the earrings to minimise contact with chemicals. Do not immerse in water as it could jeopardise the longevity of your earrings. Polymer clay is very durable but try not to bend. To clean your pieces from makeup, simply use a dampened cloth with a gentle soap or baby wipe, making sure to take extra care if your pieces are embellished with foils. Store in a safe place to not bend or scratch. If your pieces have brass components, simply wipe them down gently after every use to ensure longevity, using the polishing cloth provided in your package. Please be aware that all metal tarnishes eventually, to minimise this on your brass pieces, I highly recommend treating yourself to some Brasso cleaning liquid applied with a cotton bud and wipe clean with a soft microfibre cloth.

SHIPPING 

All earrings will be shipped out in 1-5 business days and any made-to-order pieces will be shipped in 7-14 days. Once the package has been dropped off at the post office, it is completely out of my hands. Please make sure to keep up with delivery notifications or drop me a message and I will get back to you with an update. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns for damaged earrings are accepted within 14 days of purchase. Other damaged returns will be met on a case to case basis. Unfortunately, I cannot offer exchanges for any reason (it’s unsanitary). I do my best to represent each pair online and on social to give you an idea of what to expect. 

*Please know before buying* all my earrings are hand made, from scratch, and with that there might be slight imperfections. I try my absolute best to eliminate bubbles and markings, HOWEVER because they are handmade it is impossible to make them blemish free. I will never send out earrings with large imperfections, but I also believe handmade means KNOWING and being proud of the slight imperfections. This is my art, if you like pieces that are different and tell a story then you are in the right place! If your pair doesn’t meet your expectations, consider gifting them to a friend! If you are returning due to damage you can only receive a duplicate of your previous order or for the same value and above if I don't have another pair in stock. 

REPAIRS:

We offer free repairs on any item within the first year of purchase. *BUYER MUST PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING* 

Polymer clay is very durable and tough to break, but I understand that accidents do happen, so if for some reason you break your earrings please contact me via email with a picture and explaination of the faulty.
